Abstract: As current in Vietnam, as well as other developed countries, the technology grows and appears every day, it requires us to study and solve the technology problem. But when having difficult problems yourselves, you would hardly resolve them yourselves. In those cases, you will need an expert. The problem is, that expert is not always available, or you do not know who is trustful enough to help you. We provide an application to match users’ request to experts of the request’s expertise field to help them, and the users can chat, call or share screen with the experts to help these experts determine the problem and guide them resolve the technology complex.
